Sends messages that tracks fresh wallet buys when trading starts up to the 500th block.&#x20;

The alert message also breaks down the funding sources of the fresh wallets (binance, coinbase etc)

**We consider a fresh wallet any wallet with less than 6 transactions**

## Types of watcher alerts

* **Tracker 1** -> 3+ fresh wallet buys
* **Tracker 2** -> 6+  fresh wallet buys
* **Tracker 3** -> 10+  fresh wallet buys
* **Tracker 4** -> 20+  fresh wallet buys
